Save much time at the work time entry and post those directly on your projects.
This solution with IT IS active 2010 SP1 provides an ingenious system for the “working time booking on NAV projects”.

The employee sees the projects assigned for him and books his times and if necessary also his resource consumption by means of an Ajax activated journal which is operated very simple.


The project manager therefore gets a complete survey of the current activities of the respective employees and can compare the project and the budget provided for it in NAV and check the project course.

The booking of the daily working time is either entered by every employee on own pace or can be delegated for a central time entry service. In the first case the employee makes up one’s mind whether it is performances which is valid for charging the time to the customer, or not. For the select activity remarks and details also can be entered in a free-text field. This information is useful later if customers request for the explanation of the reported times and compared with the order.


The project manager checks the data and if vital will release them for the calculation to the customers invoice. The data archived will be taken on in NAV directly in the invoicing runs and payslips. Assessment lists and project invoices can therefore directly be processed in NAV in short time.
