With IT IS active 2010 it is now possible to link contacts which are stored in NAV with a calendar in SharePoint and assign them with tasks.
In the calendar web part, the sales representative is getting a good overview of the tasks at a time. You can even create entries in lists both ways and exchange data bilaterally.
