The new web-based user interface
The message’s broker of IT IS connect works reliable and smooth, completely in the normal operation without assistance of a user. But there are different reasons why one can get the new surface in the look again and again once: On the one hand to the facilities of the system and on the other hand for supervising the different sending and reception events.

A great advantage is the gradual sophisticated user guidance: Without registration the observer can already already see whether the system works without faults or whether there is a disturbance. The report is carried out day wise and in addition represents the condition of the main services for sending and receiving.

A person without administrative privileges can therefore also inform himself about the status any time. Further notification about the status can be carried out per process as an e-mail and therefore inform the user whether everything is all right.

The user can regard the document exchange processes in detail once logged on as an administrator. He gets an overview of the events already given on the initial page to everybody, but now with full particulars. From here, he can navigate to the established processes over the comfortable menu on the left side or can create new processes immediately.

In the processes menu, the sequences and steps can be comprehended with a corresponding picture to visualize the process and it’s contributors. In addition, the people now logged on will receive in-detail information about sending and reception and can supervise the message processing in the protocol.

The function for resending a message is particularly unique and makes dealing with the communication partners very much easier for the users in a connection abort or other difficulties in transmission.

The received data are then existing in your Microsoft Dynamics NAV either directly in the right table or in an intermediate table for the further processing. For example you can either reprocess them to do an order from an quotation confirmation here.
