Well trained employees are a capital of the enterprise that should not be underestimated and brings many advantages to both sides. The training area offers employees comprehensive and transparent information about the individual trainings which are offered at the moment.

The trainings are entered in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and provided to the employees on the SharePoint portal. They show as several trainings offered automatically in a list. The party interested in a training can filter according to topics relevant for him and plans on the appropriate education possible for him.

He also sees how many colleagues already take part, and whether there still is room for him at all. The interested party can apply.


If the training is already booked up, he can let himself be written down on a waiting list. Who may move up off the waiting list into the training can be controlled from NAV itself.

This then can happen if the registered person really cannot take part in the education for different reasons. The participant passes his participation back to the others. The seat therefore becomes free for the waiting list candidates.

Dedicated employees activated for managing this solution can see the approval area of the trainings and allow the applicants to the training. A budget control also can be seen here.

After the training was carried out, the employees can judge the training. With this valuable information, the management is able to decide for future classes of education offered on this topic.
