How Does Odoo Training Work?

There is a division into a foundational training for all Odoo users and an administrator training for key users, where additional system administrative processes are taught.

We offer training for the current versions of Odoo, including Odoo 11 Enterprise and Odoo 11 Community, Odoo 10 Enterprise and Odoo 10 Community. Zimbra Training

ITIS AG also offers trainings for the open source program Zimbra.

With the Zimbra email client, you can perform your daily email tasks both online and offline, in the browser, desktop application, and mobile application. Practical and intuitive keyboard shortcuts allow you to quickly and easily compose and organize your emails. Attachments are managed in a file structure. You have access to an extensive Contact and distribution management as well as acalendar and task management. The Zimbra Groupware client allows you to share processes with other users to collaborate more effectively. Integration with other systems like Odoo is possible through the services of ITIS AG.

Is Odoo the right system for my company?

Odoo is useful from a staff strength of 2 people, but is also used by medium-sized to large companies. Odoo's biggest customer has at least 300,000 employees!

Odoo is an open source software and is free in the Community Edition. The maintenance-related costs for the Enterprise Edition amount to € 300 per user per year.However, you should also budget one-off costs for the introduction of Odoo, which depend on your partner for Odoo.

How do I introduce Odoo?

  1. Record requirements. A needs analysis makes it easier for you to distinguish which modules are the most important for you. A later expansion is not a problem.

Any hardware can be used for the POS solution, e.g. Desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone.
 

Odoo does not store its own data. It is web-based and accesses the data you have stored on a server. If you choose to host Odoo, the hosting provider will do many things for you. It not only provides the appropriate hardware, but also makes regular backups of your data and provides emergency systems for emergencies. The backup of server rooms is also in his hands. The change from another system to Odoo or even a new entry can claim a phase of change.
