Project Evaluation and Overview
The labeling of billable and non-billable hours has been expanded at the task level, allowing for manual decisions on how a task should be valued, in addition to just being associated with an order.
This selection is also separately visible in a project evaluation.
Project Categories
Projects can be categorized, and each category can be assigned a default color. Additionally, you can define through settings whether these categories should be displayed by default or not. This is particularly helpful for maintaining an overview when dealing with a large number of projects
Structuring Projects
In addition to associating customers, cost centers, and creating project pages with ITISeasy.docs, there are further settings available.
For instance, you can configure whether the planned time can be exceeded or not. This way, the project manager will be alerted in advance if something is not going as planned.
You can define a due date for each task as well as for a project, for instance, if quotas expire on a specific date.
Project Tasks
For each task, you can define whether it can be booked through the timesheet or not. It's also possible to assign multiple employees to a task.
Additionally, tasks have been equipped with numerous additional filters for quick access.
The project manager can be kept up to date via email notifications when specific events or milestones are reached

In the Kanban view, you get an immediate overview of due dates. Additionally, with the help of color configuration, you can ensure visual clarity.

Task Requests
If there are no tasks available for specific assignments, employees can create a task request with the project manager through task requests. The project manager will be notified via email and can confirm the request.
Timesheet and Weekly Planning
In addition to a series of additional fields such as planned or worked hours, the timesheet also includes planned or worked hours. This way, you always have an overview of what has already been accrued or is still pending. However, there is also the option to create a plan. It is configurable whether this is a weekly plan or for an entire month.
The plan can be sent to the manager for review and approval. The planned tasks can then be transferred to the actual timesheet, reflecting the work performed.

With the significantly expanded and improved project management in ITISeasy.business, you can easily adapt an ongoing project to your new requirements and circumstances with just a few mouse clicks, without regretting later due to missing old data.
